Oil Drilling Ignition System Technical Parameters

The oil drilling flare ignition device utilizes a portable instrument chassis, integrating a high-energy igniter, inverter, battery, intelligent charger, remote ignition, and manual ignition. The control box contains a built-in 24VDC battery that can be charged via an external 220VAC power supply. The ignition system also features a remote ignition function, enabling remote ignition within a range of 200 meters. Therefore, the horizontal ignition system is particularly suitable for igniting oil and gas drilling flares. For flares with high pressure and large venting volumes, ignition reliability is ensured by igniting the liquefied gas burner first and then the main flare.

The FPGY150 remote ignition control box also features a real-time battery voltage monitoring circuit. When the battery voltage is too low, the monitoring module issues an alarm, reminding the user to recharge immediately.
