Hello everyone, today let’s take a look at a new product – the oilfield movable laboratory, which is a cementing and fracturing laboratory designed by HL Petroleum for oilfield drilling projects.
Laboratory appearance:
The size of laboratory: 8.00L* 2.80W*2.80H meters. The laboratory adopts corrugated board structure. All walls adopt double-layer design, with fireproof rock wool in the middle, can keep warm, insulate and soundproof.
Two sets of air conditioners feature an embedded design for their outdoor units. The laboratory handles harsh field working environments. The sturdy house can withstand 10-level wind and sand, and withstand the impact of landslides and mudslides.
All windows are good sealing, safe and reliable, upward opening. The windows feature 5mm thick tempered glass and include hinged covers, bottom keyholes, and support rods.
A push-pull movable step is designed at the bottom of the laboratory entrance. When moving and transporting, push the base forward to avoid occupying space; when in use, stretch it out to facilitate entry and exit.
The steel fire door includes an escape lever lock and one set of automatic door closers to facilitate staff entry, exit, and emergency escape. The design is to fully ensure the life safety of personnel.
Laboratory interior:
Open the door, you first come to the workroom.
On the left, we installed a vibrating screen machine for the test.
We installed a 5-way distribution board for cable arranging, and we kept all cables in concealed wires to ensure a neat and tidy setup!
The indoor room walls and top are all made of 2mm sprayed steel plates and fixed with aluminum alloy strips. The top features 2 sets of 40W LED double-tube double-control lights. In addition, the workshop includes exhaust fans, emergency lighting, and electric heaters.
The floor features PVC flooring, which high-speed rail also uses because its excellent performance makes it fireproof, anti-slip, wear-resistant, and easy to clean.
You are facing a laboratory-specific workbench; a black physical and chemical board forms the tabletop, which resists acid, withstands high temperatures, resists wear, and remains safe and environmentally friendly.
Indoor Supporting Equipment:
Under the table top are storage cabinet, they are separate body and two layers. Each cabinet is designed with hidden latch and cabinet lock.
Facing the workbench, a washbasin made of 316 stainless steel rests on your left-hand side, where you wash hands and instruments.
The upper part of the table holds 10 sets of 2+3 double sockets, allowing multiple experimental instruments to work at the same time.
A fixed card holder is designed inside the drawer for storing experimental instruments. In this way, there is no need to worry about damage during transportation.
On the right side of the table is a press, next to it is a computer for recording data. Above the computer is an air conditioner hanging machine with a rolling belt. Workers will tie the air conditioner hanging machine with the rolling belt during transportation to prevent it from falling.
Inside is a staff rest room. It’s a light double-control. Turn on the switch here, and turn off here when you have a rest. The bed is for 2 staff to have a rest at the same time. And for the coat closet, you can store your clothes and documents here.
An escape door is designed under the coat closet, size is 800L*800Hmm. In case of an emergency, you can evacuate quickly from this door!
On your left side, a 1.5P air conditioner sits, and a stainless steel workbench rests underneath it. One set of 3-person bench is provided for staff to rest. Two lockers sit under the workbench to store personal belongings.
