Mud agitator shipped to the UAE

Recently, our company successfully completed the production task of a batch of 15-kilowatt mud agitators ordered by customers. This batch of equipment has been officially loaded and shipped today, and is being shipped to the UAE and will be put into use soon.

This mud agitator is a key equipment in the drilling fluid treatment system. Its core function is to ensure that the solid particles in the drilling fluid are always in a uniform suspension state through strong stirring, effectively preventing performance degradation or equipment blockage caused by sedimentation, thereby ensuring the continuity and safety of drilling operations.

The core parameters of the agitators are as follows:

1. Power core: Equipped with a high-efficiency motor with a rated power of 15 kilowatts (15kW).

2.The motor’s rated speed is 1460 rpm (r/min), and it drives the impeller using an optimized reduction mechanism.

3. Stirring performance: The impeller works at a speed of 58 rpm (r/min), providing stable and efficient stirring force.

4. Key dimensions: The impeller diameter reaches 1000 mm, ensuring sufficient mixing coverage.

5. Structural strength: The weight of the whole machine is about 560 kg, and the structure is stable and reliable.

6. Appearance specifications: The equipment dimensions (length x width x height) are 1334 mm x 734 mm x 685 mm, with a compact and reasonable design, which is easy to transport and install on site.
