Operators generally use it in the corners of the tank to prevent solid precipitation, while they place the mud agitator in the middle of the tank. In the drilling fluids system, the drilling fluid gun also transports mud between bins, such as the transport tank bin. Installation, commissioning and operation of mud gun

1. The drilling fluids tank cleaning gun directly inserts into the drilling fluid tank, and it connects its inlet flange to the mud gun pipeline. The sand pump’s outlet should connect to the drilling fluid gun pipeline to provide drilling fluid to the cleaning gun.

2. The inlet of the mud tank cleaning gun connects with a 2″ flange.

3. After installation, turn the drilling fluid gun to check whether it is flexible.

4. Supply drilling fluid to the drilling fluid gun and check the sealing and rotation flexibility.

5. When it is necessary to sweep the bottom of the tank, supply drilling fluid to the drilling fluids tank cleaning gun through the pump and operate the rotation adjustment lever at the same time.
