Recently, HL Petroleum shipped a HCQ240 vacuum degasser to Mexico with a processing capacity of 240m3/h and a green color. We will send the equipment to the drilling project site to provide customers with efficient drilling fluid degassing services and facilitate the smooth progress of drilling operations.
This newly shipped vacuum degasser features high efficiency, stability, and wide applicability, adapting to various drilling fluid treatment requirements. Vacuum degassers play a key role in modern drilling operations. By effectively removing gas from drilling fluid, they not only restore the specific gravity and stabilize the viscosity of the drilling mud, but also significantly reduce drilling costs. During the drilling process, gas infiltration can degrade the mud’s performance. Vacuum degassers can quickly and efficiently remove this gas, ensuring safe and economical drilling operations.

1. The vacuum pump uses suction to draw mud into the vacuum tank and then extracts gas from the tank. The vacuum pump performs two distinct functions.

5. The use of a belt drive eliminates the complexity of the reduction mechanism.
6. The use of a steam-water separator prevents the simultaneous discharge of water and gas, ensuring a continuous unobstructed exhaust pipe. Furthermore, water can be circulated to the vacuum pump, saving water.
7. The suction pipe is inserted into the mud tank and, when the mud is free of gas, can be used as a high-power agitator.
