Mud Tank Agitators Oil Rig Exported to Turkey!
Recently, a Turkish customer placed a custom order for 15 mud tank agitators oil rig with the following requirements:
Customer Order Requirements:
15 mud agitators, delivery date April 25, 2025;
Double-layer movable blades;
Paint Requirements: Gray motor, green reducer, black base.

Maintenance and Care of Mud Agitators:
1. The agitator gears are lubricated with oil, and the bearings are lubricated with grease. Regularly check the gear oil level in the reducer and refill it promptly. Regularly apply lithium-based grease to the bearings during each shift.
2. Regularly inspect the reducer’s operating condition and perform repairs promptly.
3. The motor should be inspected and cleaned regularly, and the housing should be free of dust accumulation.
4. Perform maintenance every six months or refer to the included product manual.
