The HJQ series drilling fluid shear pump is a centrifugal pump that we designed for rapid drilling mud preparation, meeting user requirements for high-performance mud preparation.

The HJQ series shear pump mixes and fully hydrates materials added to the drilling fluid, saving on mud material usage, shortening mud preparation time, and ensuring excellent mud performance during the drilling process. It is an ideal drilling fluid solids control device. The dispersion and hydration of bentonite particles in water depend on the electrolyte content, time, temperature, and the number and concentration of surface replaceable cations. Under the same conditions, using the HJQ series shear pump can save over 30% of bentonite.

The HJQ series drilling mud shear pump accelerates the shear dilution and hydration of polymers. High molecular weight polymers used in muds are difficult to hydrate directly, so pre-shearing is required.
