Installation Guidelines

1. Il cyclone desander should be installed on the main water supply pipe and fixed to the base. A bypass should be provided between the inlet and outlet pipes.

2. To ensure a smooth inlet flow, a straight pipe of the same diameter as the inlet should be installed before the water inlet of the device, with a length equivalent to 10-15 times the inlet diameter.

3. During installation, allow ample maintenance space around the equipment.

4. During normal operation, keep the inlet and outlet valves open and the drain valve and bypass valve closed.

5. Regularly drain sand and remove pollutants based on the sand content of the source water. When draining, open the drain valve until clear water flows out. This process should not affect the normal water flow of the system.

6. After draining, close the drain valve.

7. If the sand pressure is insufficient, close the outlet valve.
