Centrifughe per fluidi di perforazione esportate in Svezia

Xi’an HL Petroleum, a manufacturer dedicated to solids control equipment, recently successfully shipped a batch of decanter centrifuges, providing customers with efficient solid-liquid separation solutions.

Decanter centrifuges are a key piece of solid-liquid separation equipment in solids control systems. Typically installed in the final stage of a solids control system, they treat non-weighted drilling fluids by removing harmful solids larger than 2 microns. They also remove excess liquid from drilling fluids, control viscosity, and recover barite. They also process cyclone underflows, recovering liquids and minimizing fresh water or oil waste. Furthermore, centrifuges are ideal for treating waste drilling fluids and preventing environmental pollution.

The LW450×1000 medium-speed centrifuges exported this time consist of a rotating drum, propeller, collection tank, main motor, auxiliary motor, differential, and explosion-proof electrical control box.

Drilling Fluid Centrifuges

This batch of drilling fluid centrifuges was customized for a Swedish customer. They boast a high processing capacity of up to 50 m³/h, a 37 kW main motor, a 7.5 kW auxiliary motor, and a leading-edge differential with overload protection. They offer stable performance and reliable quality!

In addition to the 450 model, we also manufacture a variety of models, including the 355, 500, and 600, with speeds up to 3200 rpm, to meet the mud processing needs of oilfield drilling and other industries.

The customer was very happy with this delivery. They expect the new equipment to boost production, lower costs, and improve sustainability. We will keep innovating to provide customers with more high-quality industrial solutions.

HL Petroleum will keep improving its drilling fluid centrifuges. We will launch more efficient, stable, and intelligent equipment to meet market needs. We also plan to strengthen partnerships with companies and research institutions, both domestically and internationally. This will help us promote innovation in environmental technology.
