Witam wszystkich! Dzisiaj chciałbym przedstawić wam gigantyczne urządzenie stojące za mną - separator gazu płuczkowego wiercenie. It’s primarily used to remove bubbles larger than 3mm in diameter, preventing blowouts, well kicks, and other major accidents.
The mud gas separator drilling you see here is the HYQ1400, one of our company’s largest models. Its tank capacity reaches 6 cubic meters, allowing it to process up to 8,000 cubic meters of liquid and remove up to 150,000 cubic meters of gas daily. This device can quickly adjust mud density and prevent drilling accidents.
Our separator gazu błotnego has several important pipelines. The liquid inlet line is the first one you see; it connects to the high-pressure gate valve on the throttling manifold.
The exhaust line is the longest. It transports separated combustible gases to the vertical ignition device for combustion and exhaust.
Degassed mud exits through the liquid outlet port and goes to the mud shale shaker for processing. A U-shaped siphon between the port and the shaker prevents mud backflow.
Below that is the sewage outlet. After each use, operators must empty any remaining drilling fluid from the separator through this port.
