Our drilling fluid mud guns are designed for drilling rig mud solids control systems. They are primarily used to supplement or pre-mix mud in the mud tank, depending on the volume and tank size. They are typically used in the corners of the tank to prevent solids from settling, with the agitator placed in the center. Mud guns are also used to transfer mud between bins in the mud system, such as a transfer tank. The ability to rotate the gun improves its efficiency.

Mud guns are primarily used in solid-liquid separation systems and are installed in the mud tank. They are available in three types: high-pressure, medium-pressure, and low-pressure.
