1. Overview

Our HGM series tapetes de equipamento are foundation equipment made of hard pine wood and steel sections. They are primarily used for the foundation of various drilling site equipment, including substructures, mud pumps, tanques de lama, camping houses, MCC houses, oil tanks, and water tanks. They ensure the stability of drilling equipment during long-term placement.

4. Structural Composition

This rig mat  primarily consists of a steel frame, intermediate square timbers, edge timbers, and round steel reinforcements. See the diagram below.

5. Installation Steps

Step 1: Lay the First Foundation	Step 2: Place the second foundation horizontally, and align the second foundation male buckle with the first foundation female buckle.
Step 3: Adjust the gap and insert the locating pin from the notch of the first female buckle	Step 4: Place the third foundation on top of the first foundation. In addition, align the third female buckle and the first male buckle, and insert the locating pin.
Step 5: Place the fourth foundation vertically on the end face of the first foundation, align the male buckle end face of the fourth foundation with the female buckle end face of the first foundation, and insert the locating pin.	Step 6: Place the fifth foundation vertically on the end face of the first foundation, align the end face of the fifth foundation female buckle with the end face of the first foundation male buckle, and insert the positioning pin.

The above are the installation steps for the tapetes de equipamento. For disassembly, follow the reverse procedure.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Do not use a high-pressure water jet to wash the foundation!

6.2 Do not hoist the foundation while carrying loads!

6.3 Before laying the foundation, the site must be leveled and compacted with a roller.

6.4 After each move and disassembly, inspect the foundation’s anti-corrosion coating. If any coating has fallen off, reapply it promptly.

6.5 If the wood is damaged or broken after a period of use, contact the manufacturer for replacements and install the timber under the manufacturer’s guidance.
