Flare Ignition Device Operating Instructions
Step 1: Connect the ignition device’s air, oil, and electrical circuits. Connect the control box’s high-voltage output to the cable reel, which in turn connects the cable reel to the high-voltage transformer. Connect the 220V power input to the charging port.
Step 2: Test the air and oil lines to ensure they are properly sealed.
Step 3: Fill the fuel tank with diesel, close the air supply valve, open the tank drain valve, and evacuate to a safe area.
Step 4: Turn on the air supply. When diesel begins to spray out, press the ignition button in the control box to ignite successfully.
Step 5: After ignition is complete, turn off the power supply and air supply valves. If the control box voltage drops below 12V, recharge the battery immediately.
