Desander Pump

The desander pump is a newly developed accessory pump specifically designed for oil and gas exploration equipment. It utilizes a mechanical seal and an open structural design, improving the pump’s flow rate and efficiency, while extending its service life.

Desander Pump Features

1. The manufacturer casts the pump casing from a wear-resistant ductile iron alloy with a coaxial, thickened design. This reduces vibration and wear, resulting in enhanced wear resistance.

2. The manufacturer casts the impeller from a wear-resistant ductile iron alloy with an open, anti-loosening design, effectively reducing the load on the shaft and bearings and extending the impeller’s service life.

3. We use bearings from internationally renowned brands, ensuring stable operation and a long service life. Replaceable sleeves prevent shaft wear.

4. A high-quality mechanical seal prevents leakage and reduces maintenance time.

5. The baseplate utilizes a one-piece cast baseplate for more stable operation and extended service life.
