Mud Mixing Unit Overview
The mud mixing unit is a supporting device for drilling rig solids control systems and trenchless mud systems. It can meet the needs of mud weighting and preparation for drilling rigs with depths from 1,000 to 9,000 meters. The mixer consists of a centrifugal sand pump and a jet mixing funnel, connected by a manifold and valves, and mounted on a skid-mounted base. The system features a rational structure, reliable performance, and easy mobility. It is available in single-unit and double-unit configurations.
Mud Mixing Unit Features
1. Optimized, compact design, small footprint, and excellent performance.
2. The mixing funnel utilizes feedback from multiple drilling crews, resulting in excellent jet flow and high mixing capacity.
3. The funnel and sand pump can be installed either separately or in combination. The mixing hopper and sand pump are connected by a manifold and valve assembly. The seals utilize both packing and mechanical double seals, ensuring excellent sealing performance.
