The Vertical Slurry Pump (submersible slurry pump) is a drilling fluid transfer pump developed for special installation requirements. It suits conveying corrosive drilling fluid with suspended particles or other liquid media in similar working conditions.1 We mainly use it in special occasions, such as limited installation area and centrifuge feeding. Currently, four series exist: LSB150, LSB100, LSB80, and LSB50. It can also meet the needs of 50Hz and 60Hz power grids. The LSB series vertical sand pump has a vertical structure and constitutes an important part of the drilling fluid solid phase control system. Its characteristics include placing the working body under the tank and the motor part on the tank surface; the pump occupies only the position of the motor. Therefore, the pump possesses the characteristics of compact structure and small footprint.

Vertical Slurry Pump Features
1. The vertical slurry pump adopts vertical cantilever type, no mechanical seal and sleeve under the liquid, and single pump shell structure.
2. There is no bearing and shaft seal between the propeller and the pump body, maintenance-free and high temperature resistant.
3. Alloy cast iron makes up the pump body, giving it a longer service life.
4. The system casts the pump shell with a precision casting mold, giving it a thick wall, good wear resistance, and an exquisite appearance.
