This type adopts a direct connection form, which not only solves the noise and vibration problems caused by oil leakage and improper installation, but also does not require a coupling, making subsequent maintenance convenient and quick, and greatly saving costs. Coupling mud agitator
Compared with the direct-connected mud agitator, the coupling mud agitator has an additional coupling in the connection method. It adopts a worm gear reducer, which has a compact structure, good meshing performance, and reliable operation. The explosion-proof motor and the reducer input shaft directly connect through an elastic coupling instead of a belt drive, so the mud stirring impeller’s speed remains constant. The combination of worm gear reducer and explosion-proof motor is suitable for working in harsh outdoor conditions. The mud stirring intensity is high, the range of influence is wide, and the structural design avoids the phenomenon of motor current overload at startup.
Helical gear mud agitator

Vertical mud agitator
