The WJQ series shear pumps specialize in shearing additives in solids control drilling fluids. They primarily shear polymers and clays, improve drilling fluid properties, and shorten mud preparation time. Available in four power sizes, ranging from 37kW to 75kW, they are suitable for both 50Hz and 60Hz power grids and are available in both metric and imperial standards.
Advantages of the WJQ series drilling mud shear pumps:
1. Leak-free: Utilizing a composite seal system with a mechanical seal as the primary seal and a packing seal as the secondary seal. The mechanical seal uses carbide, which gives it a service life six times that of ordinary mechanical seals.
2. High shear efficiency: Utilizing a specialized impeller and shear plate, the pumps achieve a shear efficiency of ≥ 95%.
3. Long service life: Stainless steel makes up the impeller and shear plate, while highly wear-resistant cast iron composes the remaining fluid-passing components.
