In recent years, with the development of drilling technology, drilling solid control system has become one of the most important equipment in the oil exploration and development industry. This article will introduce a practical case of using 70 drilling solid control system.
This ZJ70 drilling rig solid control system consists of 6 mud tanks, namely 1# vibrating screen tank, 2# sand and mud removal tank, 3# centrifuge tank, 4# weighting tank, 5# mud pump suction tank and 6# mud reserve tank, with a total volume of 300m³, which can meet the functions of purification, storage, weighting, shearing and circulation of 7000m drilling mud.
The drilling goal of this case is to find oil reserves in a wilderness area. In order to drill smoothly, the project chose to use 70 drilling solid control system. The main function of this system is to provide timely feedback to drilling engineers through real-time monitoring of parameters such as pressure, volume and strength at the wellhead, and automatically adjust the corresponding control strategy according to different geological conditions. In this way, the risk of loss control and other adverse phenomena can be reduced as much as possible during the drilling process to ensure smooth construction.
By using the ZJ70 drilling rig solid control system, the project successfully completed the deep drilling operation, avoided the occurrence of loss control and other adverse phenomena, and achieved very good results. This proves the reliability and flexibility of the 70 drilling solid control system, and also provides strong technical support for more complex drilling construction in the future.
