flare ignition device suppliers – HL Petroleum
Three sets of mud gas separators and flare ignition systems manufactured by HL Petroleum were shipped to a PetroChina drilling site. HL Petroleum’s mud gas separator and flare ignition system series are subject to stringent quality assurance and production process requirements. This shipment of poorboy degassers and flare ignition systems marks a second time the customer has chosen to partner with HL Petroleum. A batch of these systems was put into field use last November.
Flare ignition systems treat exhaust and vented natural gas at oil and gas drilling sites and natural gas gathering and transmission stations. They ignite and incinerate flammable and harmful gases, eliminating their environmental and human hazards. They are environmentally friendly devices.
Oil drilling operations use electronic ignition systems in conjunction with drilling liquid-gas separators.
Flare ignition system operating procedures:
1. Pipeline the flammable gas to the air inlet of a burner (flare) installed in a safe area.
2. Connect and activate the electronic igniter’s current conversion and voltage amplification circuits.
3. Open the liquefied gas tank and operate the electronic igniter to ignite the pilot tube, or directly open the pilot gas valve for venting gas and ignite the pilot tube with the electronic igniter.
4. Open the gas vent valve, allowing the burning pilot tube to ignite the vented gas.
5. Close the liquefied gas tank, extinguish the pilot tube, and allow the flammable vented gas to burn.
