The drilling mud tank features two vertical sand pumps, a desander, and a desilter installed on the tank roof. Pipelines connect the sand pump outlets to the desander and desilter inlets, and an electric motor powers the sand pumps. Operators install a small vibrating screen below each desander and desilter. Its compact structure and minimal footprint provide excellent sand removal, reducing mud loss. This reduces the need for transport vehicles during relocation, saving labor and effort, and minimizing component damage, extending its service life.
