The drilling rig mud tanks are an HG-type oil drilling mud tank designed and manufactured by Xi’an HL Company. The mud tank circulation system is available in self-cleaning and square tanks, depending on the tank bottom shape. The tank body utilizes a flat-plate conical or corrugated structure, welded together with steel plates and section steel.
The tank deck and corridors are made with factory-manufactured anti-skid steel plates and slip-resistant mesh panels. The railings, constructed from round steel pipes, have a barrier-free, foldable structure that plugs securely into place.
The mud tank circulation and purification system uses a fresh water line to clean the tank deck and equipment. Galvanized steel comprises the tank mesh panels. Channel steel forms the access ladder, and non-slip mesh panels make up the steps. Safety hooks line both side rails. A standard sand and rainproof canopy can cover the oil drilling mud tank, and heating and insulation piping runs inside it.
The drilling rig mud tanks are equipped with a desander, desilter, shale shaker, vacuum degasser, centrifuge, and other components to form a solid-liquid separation system. A sand pump serves as the mud power source.
