A polyurethane cyclone is a common separation and classification device, typically based on the principle of centrifugal sedimentation. When the two-phase mixture to be separated enters the hydrocyclone tangentially from its periphery under a certain pressure, it generates intense three-dimensional elliptical rotational shear turbulence. Due to the size difference between coarse and fine particles, they experience different magnitudes of centrifugal force, centripetal buoyancy, and fluid drag. Under centrifugal sedimentation, most of the coarse particles are discharged through the underflow outlet of the hydrocyclone, while most of the fine particles are discharged through the overflow pipe, thus achieving the purpose of separation and classification.

Cyclone features
1. Strictly selected materials, non-slip and wear-resistant
2. High strength, light weight, long service life
3. Customized and easy to install

Hydrocyclone Classification
According to different materials, hydrocyclones can be divided into the following types:
1). Pure polyurethane cyclone
2). Cast iron cyclone
3). Polyurethane inner lining, outer steel shell cyclone
4). Ceramic lining, outer steel shell cyclone
