Screw conveyors commonly transport drill cuttings and accompanying fluids, collecting drill cuttings (often relatively dry oil-based cuttings) from various solids control equipment and conveying them to the well site area where operators install load-bearing cuttings boxes.

Features of Screw Conveyors:
The head and tail bearings are located outside the housing. The shaft adopts an interchangeable structure of rolling and sliding bearings and includes a dustproof sealing device. The seals have good sealing performance, strong wear resistance, low resistance, and long service life.
A cleaning device is provided at the discharge end. The machine has low noise, strong adaptability, and is easy to operate and maintain.
The conveying trough includes a steam heating device, which allows operators to use it in working environments ranging from -40°C to 60°C.
We install the conveying trough on a dedicated base, which enables conveying operations at a certain height. You can also install two units together. The multi-stage conveyor can rotate on a horizontal plane, adjusting and expanding the conveying range, and achieving long-distance conveying.
