Mud Agitator Installation Procedure
Step 1: Secure the agitator base, ensuring that all four corners are firmly against the tank surface.
Step 2: Prepare a sufficient amount of gear lubricant (refer to the product manual for lubricant type and dosage).
Step 3: Open the yellow filler cap and insert a funnel.
Step 4: Begin adding lubricant, ensuring the oil level is above the center of the oil mark (red dot).
Step 5: Replace the filler cap and remove the small tapered plug from the breather.
Step 6: Turn on the power, press the electric start button, and inspect the impeller for correct rotation.
Step 7: After the first 100 hours of operation, clean the interior and replace the oil with fresh oil. Thereafter, change the oil every 2,500 hours.
Step 8: When the agitator is operating, the reducer temperature should not exceed 95°C and the agitator can continue to operate.
Step 9: Regularly inspect the elastic coupling. If the pin is loose, tighten the nut immediately. If the elastic sleeve is severely deformed or aged, replace it promptly.
