Desander, also known as hydrocyclone desander, is a secondary Solid-liquid Separation device in the drilling fluid solids control system, used to stabilize and regulate the drilling mud returned from the wellhead. The HCS series mud desanders produced by HL Petroleum find application in various drilling projects, mainly oil and gas field drilling, geothermal drilling, and trenchless projects. The commonly used desander cyclone is 8”, 10” and 12” in size, to separate solid particles with a size of 44~74 microns in the drilling fluid. According to different user needs, we can produce desanders with or without underflow screens.
