Recently, a customer contacted us. After consulting with our technical team and based on their on-site requirements, we designed this integrated desander and desilter. Its processing capacity is 45m³/h; separation particle size is 15-44μm; cyclone specifications are 100/200mm; number of cyclones is 3+1; and screen size is 0.6*1.6m.
Product structure
The core of the drilling mud cleaning system lies in the design of its multi-stage separation system. Specifically, the equipment consists of three key components: a cyclone desander, a desilter cyclone, and an underflow shale shaker.
1. Cyclone desander: Used to separate larger solids from the mud, preventing wear and clogging of subsequent processing equipment.
2. Cyclone desilter: Further separates small and medium-sized particles, improving mud cleanliness.
3. Underflow shale shaker: Primarily used to process the underflow material after the cyclone desander and desilter cyclone, achieving multiple screening steps and further refining the solids.
