Project Overview
Recently, a 2000HP solids control system manufactured by HL Petroleum successfully completed installation and commissioning at an oil and gas drilling site in Iraq and is now ready for operation.
The system was delivered in November last year. After completing rig-site integration, system commissioning, land transportation, and ocean shipping, the equipment finally arrived at the Iraq drilling project after nearly six months of logistics and onsite preparation.
Main Equipment Configuration
This 2000HP solids control system incorporates a complete range of primary solids control equipment, including:
- Triple shale shakers
- Vacuum degasser
- Mud cleaner (desander and desilter combined unit)
- Medium-speed decanter centrifuge
- High-speed centrifuge
These core solids control units are designed to provide efficient drilling fluid recycling and solids removal performance for demanding oil and gas drilling operations.
